 Everyone wants enough money to be able to live comfortably without ever needing to work

Everyone wants the next year to be better than this year

Everyone wants to look sexy with their shirt off

Everyone wants sex

Everyone wants the world to be different (better) because they were here

Everyone hates physical pain

Everyone hates being sick

Everyone wants a spouse/partner to share their lives with

Everyone wants a fun and loving relationship with that partner

Everyone wants real friends

Everyone likes a sunset over the ocean

Everyone wants things to have meaning/be special

Everyone prefers peace over war

Everyone wants to feel unique and valuable

Everyone hates being controlled

Everyone wants to love and be loved

It seems that so much of what drives everyone's lives is shared. I'm certain there is much more than those listed above. 

All humans share 99.9% DNA with all other humans. I wonder what % of our desires and beliefs we share too.
