People like to talk about money. How to get it. Who has it, who just got a lot of it, or who no longer has it.

It seems when speaking about others financial health it there is a jealousy of those who have more, and a feeling of empowerment or betterment over those who don't.

I wonder what it is that makes everyone's ears prick up when speaking about other people's money, no matter if you try not to let them.
