Helpful

I watched as the cashier of the Cafe helped an old lady set up yet Google pay. He did so, with patience and care, for a stranger. She was so excited to be set up. 

I watched as the cashier of the pharmacy helped a woman find the right adult diapers for her hospitalized mother. The woman was about to pay for the non ideal type and the cashier came out from behind the register and got a step ladder to help look for the ones this woman prefers. She did so with so much patience and care.

These acts of kindness inspire me. They're going above and beyond. Or, they're doing an amazing job. They're using their time, energy and circumstance to help people. I wonder how much brighter The world would be if most people were like this.

So many cashiers are miserable and disengaged. What a huge opportunity they are missing as hundreds of people interact with them every day.
