Grey

I often find it difficult to operate in the 'grey'. When things are not fully thought out and there are gaps and discrepancies. I guess this allows for more space for decision making and autonomy. 

My boss said he believes giving talented people the 'grey' and let them figure out the best way to navigate through. I wonder if this is true.
